摘要
[目的/意义]本文梳理了日本智库的发展情况,并以日本国际问题研究所为例,详细剖析了该研究所的管理机制与运行模式,以期为中国特色智库建设提供新的视角。[方法 /过程]主要采用文献调研法和案例分析法相结合的研究方法。通过文献调研收集二手资料,同时根据网站调研收集一手资料,基于国际权威的智库排名报告,对日本国际问题研究所的情况进行阐释。[结构/结论]日本国际问题研究所作为亚洲优秀智库,得益于其优秀的管理和运行机制,研究所同时也通过多种渠道传播研究成果,这些积极举动都使得研究所的影响力呈持续扩大的态势。
[Purpose/significance] This paper introduces the development of Japanese think tanks, and takes the Japan Institute of International Affairs(JIIA) as an example, analyzes its management mechanism and operational mode, hoping to provide a meaningful respect for the construction of Chinese think tanks.[Method/process] By using the literature review and the case study, this paper collects the second-hand information through literature review and the first-hand information via websites, and based on 2018 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report, analyzes the JIIA at length.[Result/conclusion] The JIIA is known as one of the best think tanks of Asia,which is due to its wonderful management mechanism and the top-level design thoughts. The institute also spreads its research results through various channels. All these positive actions make the JIIA as an impartial and influential think tank.
