摘要
高校科研卓越发展是"双一流"建设内容的重要组成部分。通过简述"双一流"建设、高校科研卓越发展的概念、内涵以及相关的互动发展阶段,归纳总结二者的互动影响关系。旨在通过研究,充分发挥高校科研卓越发展对"双一流"建设效能影响的引导作用;并根据"双一流"建设的需要,适时提升高校科研卓越发展的效能性,进而为推进"双一流"建设进程提供相关的借鉴。
The excellent development of scientific research in colleges and universities is an important part of "double first-class"construction. By briefly describing "double first-class" construction and the concept and connotation of the excellent development of scientific research in colleges and universitiesand as well as relevant interactive development stages, this paper sums up the interactive influence relationship between them. The purpose of the study is to give full play to the guiding role of the excellent development of scientific research in colleges and universities in influencing the efficiency of "double first-class" construction, and to timely promote the effectiveness of the excellent development of scientific research in colleges and universities according to the needs of "double first-class" construction, so as to provide relevant reference to promote the "double first-class" construction process.
