摘要
旨在分析地市级农科院高层次人才引进、人才培养等方面存在的几个问题和相关的建议,主要是从高层次人才如何引进、怎么培养方面进行思考,提出要科学制定引才计划、按需“点才”、主动作为;完善高层次人才培养成长机制、激励机制、创新机制和保障机制;谋求长远可持续发展,做好科研队伍人才建设。为新时代新形势下地市级农科院人才队伍的建设和长远发展提供参考。
This paper aims to analyze several problems and relevant suggestions in the introduction and training of high-level talents in prefectural and municipal academies of agricultural sciences. It mainly considered how to introduce and train high-level talents, and put forward that we should formulate a plan for introducing talents scientifically, order talents on demand and take the initiative to improve the training of high-level talent;perfect high-level talents growth mechanism, incentive mechanism, innovation mechanism and guarantee mechanism;seek long-term sustainable development, do a good job in the construction of scientific research personnel. It provides a reference for the construction and long-term development of the talent team of prefectural and municipal academies of agricultural sciences in the new era and new situation.
