摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展和人事制度改革的持续深化,人力资源管理在农业科研院所发展中的作用日益凸显,同时也面临一系列新挑战。文章以广东省农业科学院为例,分析了人力资源管理取得的成效及存在的主要问题,并从升级管理理念、推进信息化建设、强化人才培养与开发、完善绩效考核体系等方面提出相应对策建议,以期为农业科研院所加强人力资源管理提供参考。
With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous deepening of personnel system reform,the role of human resource management in the development of agricultural research institutes has become increasingly prominent,but it also faced a series of new challenges.Taking Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,achievements and the existing main problems of human resource management in the new era were analyzed in the paper.On this basis,some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen human resource management were put forward,such as updating management concepts,promoting information construction,strengthening personnel training and development,improving the performance appraisal system.These measurements will provide reference for agricultural research institutes to strengthen human resource management.
