摘要
通过热处理模拟抗菌Ti-3Cu合金产品的加工过程,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子万能力学试验机以及平板计数法分析了Ti-3Cu合金的微观组织、力学性能、金属离子溶出以及抗菌性能的变化,探究了抗菌钛合金作为食品级金属材料应用的可能性。结果表明,热加工后固溶(空冷)退火态与固溶(水冷)退火态的Ti-3Cu合金都具有优异的抗菌性能,抗菌率达99%以上;抗菌Ti-3Cu合金具有良好的力学性能,满足食品触材的加工性能要求;Ti-3Cu合金在100℃的4%乙酸溶液中浸泡4h后,As、Cd、Pb、Ni、Cr、Cu元素迁移量检测结果远远低于国家标准,符合食品触材的要求。
The process of antibacterial Ti-3Cu alloy products was simulated by heat treatment.The microstructure,mechanical properties,metal ion dissolution and antibacterial properties of Ti-3Cu alloy were analyzed by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,electronic versatility testing machine and plate counting method.The possibility of using antibacterial Ti alloy as food-grade metal materials was explored.The results show that both air-cooled and water-cooled Ti-3Cu alloys have excellent antibacterial properties,the antibacterial rate is over 99%.Antibacterial Ti-3Cu alloys have good mechanical properties and can meet the processing requirements of food contact materials.After soaking in 4%acetic acid solution at 100℃for 4 hours,the transfer of As,Cd,Pb,Ni,Cr and Cu elements is far less than the national standard.They meet the requirements of food contact materials.
