摘要
利用中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查2011年数据,探究社区老龄服务提供对老年人日常生活自理能力的影响,研究发现:老年人的日常生活自理能力因性别而异;高龄老年人失能的可能性要明显高于低龄老年人;相对于少数民族老年人,汉族老年人具有更高的失能概率;老年人的日常生活自理能力存在显著的城乡差异;无配偶老年人失能的可能性要比有配偶老年人高;罹患慢性病会影响老年人的日常生活自理能力;独居老年人失能的可能性最高;社区老龄服务提供对于老年人的日常生活自理能力影响显著,有社区老龄服务的老年人的失能概率要明显低于没有社区老龄服务的老年人.
Based on data from the 2011 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS),this paper explored the impact of community eldercare services provision on Activities of Daily Living(ADLs)of the elderly and reached the following conclusions.Firstly,ADLs of the elderly vary by gender,and persons who live to an advanced age are much more likely to become disabled than younger seniors.Secondly,the Han elderly are more probable to become disabled than their minority counterparts,and ADLs of the elderly differ greatly between urban and rural areas.Thirdly,older adults without spouses are more likely to be disabled,and the probability of disability for those who living alone is the highest.Fourthly,chronic diseases can influence ADLs of the elderly.Fifth,community eldercare services provision has a significant influence on ADLs of the elderly,and the haves are less probable to become disabled than the have nots.
