摘要
原有SVC装置对直流电弧炉在冶炼过程中产生的谐波电流和无功起到了很好的吸收、补偿作用,但经20年运行,逐步出现了一系列问题。在此分析了原有SVC控制下存在的电能质量问题,详细介绍了设备改造原则,主要包括谐波叠加计算、模型建立、SVC补偿容量确定、滤波器设计原则、滤波器设计以及滤波器安全性能校核等,并给出了改造结果。SVC改造后电网中的各项参数和指标得到了有效改善,电网电能质量提升,系统运行可靠性也得到提高。
The original SVC device can absorb and compensate harmonic current and reactive power produced by DC EAF in smelting process, but after 20 years of operation,a series of problems have gradually emerged.The power quality problems under the control of the original SVC are analyzed,the principle of equipment transformation is introduced in detail,it mainly includes harmonic superposition calculation,model building,determination of SVC compensation capacity, filter design principle, filter design and filter safety performance checking.Various parameters and indicators of power grid have been effectively improved after SVC modification, the power quality and operational reliability of the system have been improved effectively.
