电弧炉的谐波危害与软件仿真研究

摘要 电弧炉非线性负荷的特点会伴随谐波的产生,给配电网带来极大的谐振风险,严重威胁电网的安全运营以及用电设备的安全运行。在详细分析了电弧炉谐波的危害的基础上,通过研究电弧炉状态方程,基于MATLAB软件开发设计了电弧炉谐波仿真软件,进一步地对电弧炉仿真算法程序计算结果进行了可视化处理,增加了仿真软件的可视性,以期更好地分析与治理电弧炉对电网带来的危害。 The characteristics of the nonlinear load of the electric arc furnace will be accompanied by the generation of harmonics,which will bring great resonance risks to the distribution network and seriously threaten the safe op‐eration of the power grid and the safe operation of electric equipment.Based on the detailed analysis of the hazards of the harmonics of electric arc furnaces,by studying the state equation of electric arc furnaces,the harmonic simu‐lation software of electric arc furnaces is developed and designed based on MATLAB software,and the calculation results of the simulation algorithm program of electric arc furnaces are further visualized,which increases the visibil‐ity of simulation software,in order to better analyze and control the harm caused by the electric arc furnace to the power grid.
