摘要
目的:为使刺玫果总黄酮更高效的提取出来,通过响应面设计对刺玫果总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。方法:提取刺玫果总黄酮,采用响应面设计、考察料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对刺玫果总黄酮提取效果的影响,将总黄酮含量视为考察指标,选取最优提取工艺。结果:响应面法优化后提取工艺:料液比1∶6、醇浓度75%、提取时间2h、提取次数1次,总黄酮含量:35.14%。结论:由上述数据判断,响应面优化实验可连续的对实验的各个水平进行分析,所得结果更加精确。
In order to extract the total flavonoids of Rosa davurica Pall more efficiently,response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Rosa davurica Pall.With the yield of total flavonoids,the factors including the ratio of liquor to material,ethanol concentration,extraction time and repeated time were investigated by means of orthogonal design and response surface methodology,respectively.The optimized process from RSM was the solid-liquid ratio,1:6 (g/ml);the ethanol concentration,75%;extraction time,2h;repeated time,1;the total flavonoids yield reached 35.14%.Judging from the above data,Response surface optimization experiments allow continuous analysis of various levels of the experiment,resulting in more accurate results.
