摘要 为了提高无刷直流电机驱动控制性能,设计了一种新型的开关增益自适应电流控制策略。新控制器包含2个模块,即连续控制模块和开关控制模块,前者结合模型参考自适应控制应对参数不确定性,后者结合滑模控制以消除近似误差和非结构不确定性引起的干扰。新控制策略中使用的开关增益自适应方法基于未知干扰估计实现,消除了由抖振引起的电流高频噪声。最后,通过试验验证了新控制方法的效果。 In order to improve the drive control performance of brushless DC motor,a novel switching gain adaptive current control strategy was designed. The new controller consisted of two modules:the continuous control module and the switching control module. The former combined model reference adaptive control to cope with parameter uncertainties,and the latter combined sliding mode control to eliminate interference caused by approximate error and unstructured uncertainties. The switching gain adaptive method used in the new control strategy was based on unknown interference estimation,and current high frequency noise caused by chattering was eliminated. Finally,the effect of the new control method is verified by experiments.
