摘要
提出了一种以国产GD32F190C8型数字信号处理器(DSP)为主控芯片,使用精密的采样电阻采集端电压、使用电流传感器采集相电流及直流母线电流,利用反电动势(EMF)法实现无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的无位置传感器双闭环控制方案。利用电感检测法定位转子初始位置、开环加速然后切换到自控运行。最后,经过实际检验表明,该系统稳定可靠,具有良好的低速和高速性能。
A design is presented which uses domestic GD32F190C8 digital signal processor(DSP) as master control chip, uses sophisticated sampling resistance capture terminal voltage, uses current sensors to capture the phase currents as welt as the direct current bus current and uses back electromotive force (EMF) method to realize double closed-loop control plan of brushless direct current motor(BLDCM).This design uses inductance detection method to determine the position of rotor and after acceleration the motor enter automatic control mode.Lastly,experimental results indicate that this system is stable and reliable and has a high peformance in low speed and high speed.
