摘要
液压集成块作为集成液压系统的核心,其设计是一项复杂而且极易出错的工作,尤其是选择液压元件及其附件以及油路连接部分。寻求一种简便、快速的设计方法能够为液压集成块的设计工作带来极大的效率提升。提出以SQL Server2008数据库为数据源,以.net为开发工具,利用液压元件的虚拟图样技术的液压集成块设计方法,可实现快速添加液压元件,提高了设计效率,简化了液压集成块设计过程。
As the core of the integrated hydraulic system,the design of the hydraulic manifold block is a complex and error prone job,especially selecting hydraulic components and their accessory parts,as well as the connection of the oil circuit.Using a simple and fast design method can greatly enhance the service rate for the design of hydraulic manifold block.A method of using SQL Server2008 database as the data source,.net as development tool,and using the virtual pattern of hydraulic components was proposed,by which hydraulic components could be added quickly.So the design efficiency is improved,the design process of hydraulic integrated block is simplified.
