摘要
针对传统CAPP系统难以与CAD系统有效集成,设计信息和知识难以重用等问题,提出了基于特征的液压集成块CAPP建模方法.该方法在对液压集成块设计制造特点进行深入分析的基础上,采用了面向制造的特征映射技术,其特点为将特征映射分解为工艺映射和加工映射.工艺映射实现单个设计特征的工艺创成,加工映射则实现工艺特征中特征工步的操作具体化,然后通过工序重组实现整个液压集成块的工序和工步创成,最后通过工序和工步排序完成最终的工艺规划.应用该方法所开发的液压集成块CAPP原型软件系统表明,该方法可有效降低传统特征映射技术的复杂度,使得CAPP系统更具阶段性和层次性,并充分重用了设计信息及知识,较显著地提高工艺设计效率.
A feature-based modeling method of CAPP system for hydraulic manifold blocks (HMB) was proposed to solve the problem of effective integration of traditional CAPP system and CAD system, the difficulty in reusing design information and knowledge, and so on. In this method, manufacturing-oriented feature mapping technique was adopted, based on the characteristics of design and manufacturing of HMB. The characteristic of this method is that feature mapping was divided into two steps : process mapping and machining mapping. The process of single design feature was generated in process mapping. The operation of feature working steps of process feature was realized in machining mapping. Then working procedures and working steps of HMB were generated through recombining working procedures. The final process planning was accomplished through sequencing working procedures and working steps. The prototype software for CAPP system of HMB developed based on this method illustrates that the complexity of traditional feature mapping technique can be reduced effectively, the phase and hierarchy of CAPP are clear, design information and knowledge can be reused sufficiently, and the efficiency of process design can be obviously improved.
