摘要
为了研究秦巴山区蕙兰内生真菌多样性,对采集自陕西省略阳县、南郑区和洋县的野生蕙兰的根部内生真菌进行分离,利用ITS序列分析和形态学方法进行鉴定,并进行群落结构及多样性分析。结果表明,3个样地共分离出内生真菌212株,45个属,木霉属( Trichoderma sp.)为优势属,分离率和相对分离频率分别为18.52%、23.58%。其中,略阳县样地分离出88株25个属,12个独有属;南郑区样地分离出64株20个属,10个独有属;洋县样地分离出60株20个属,8个独有属。多样性分析结果显示,略阳县样地分离的内生真菌多样性指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数最高,略阳县与洋县之间的内生真菌相似性系数最高.
To study diversity of endophytic fungi in Cymbidium faberi in Qin-Ba Mountains,endophytic fungi were isolated from roots of Cymbidium faberi collected from three counties(Lueyang,Nanzheng,Yangxian) and identified by ITS sequence analysis and morphological method.And their taxonomic structure and diversity were analyzed.212 strains of endophytic fungi were obtained,belonging to 45 genera,of which Trichoderma sp. was dominant,and the isolation rate and relative frequency were 18.52% and 23.58% respectively.88 strains belonging to 25 genera including 12 unique genera of endophytic fungi were isolated in Lueyang;64 strains belonging to 20 genera including 10 unique genera of endophytic fungi were isolated in Nanzheng;60 strains belonging to 20 genera including 8 unique genera of endophytic fungi were isolated in Yangxian.Diversity index,evenness index and richness index of endophytic fungi were the highest in Lueyang.The Sorenson similarity coefficient of endophytic fungi between Lueyang and Yangxian was the highest among three sites.
