摘要
目的:探究过敏性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)患者采用中药穴位敷贴疗法治疗的康复情况。方法:将2017年5月-2018年10月期间来我院就诊的420例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成两组,分别应用西药抗过敏药物和中药穴位敷贴治疗,记录两组患者康复情况、临床症状改善情况及鼻炎复发情况。结果:与对照组相比,实验组210例过敏性鼻炎患者治疗总有效率明显偏高(χ^2=11.768,P=0.000<0.05),其中实施西药联合中药穴位敷贴疗法的210例过敏性鼻炎患者治愈51例(24.3%),明显高于对照组(χ^2=5.421,P=0.014<0.05)。治疗前,两组过敏性鼻炎患者视觉模拟评分及鼻眼结腊相关质量评分无明显差异;治疗之后,两组患者视觉模拟评分及鼻眼结腊相关质量评分均明显,其中实验组患者的两项评分降低更加明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比,实验组210例过敏性鼻炎患者复发人数明显较高(χ^2=50.147,P=0.000<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者采用中药穴位敷贴治疗的治疗效果明显,复发情况较少。
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation of allergic rhinitis (AR) patients treated by point application with TCM meidicine. Methods:420 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and treated with anti-allergic of western medicine and point application with TCM medicine respectively.The rehabilitation and clinical symptoms were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher (χ^2=11.768,P=0.000<0.05).The cure rate was 24.3% in the experimental group,significantly higher than,the control group (χ^2=5.421,P=0.014<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and RQLQ score in groups were more reduced;two scores in the experimental group were more reduced (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower (χ^2=50.147,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:Point application with TCM medicine on AR shows an obvious effect,with a less recurrence rate.
