摘要
目的探讨过敏性鼻炎行三伏天中药穴位敷贴治疗的临床疗效及综合护理效果。方法在医院2011年6月—2012年5月期间诊治的过敏性鼻炎患者中抽取81例作研究对象并随机分成两组,观察组(n=40)行三伏天中药穴位敷贴治疗,并配合综合护理干预,对照组(n=41)接受常规西药治疗,辅以常规护理措施,对比两组患者临床疗效以及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,护理满意度是97.50%(39/40);对照组治疗总有效率为87.80%,护理满意度是75.61%(31/41);两组患者治疗总有效率和护理满意度的组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎行三伏天中药穴位敷贴治疗配合综合护理的临床效果显著,且患者的护理满意度较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing of dog days acupoint application therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 81 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in the hospital from June 2011 to May 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group（ n=40） received dog days acupoint application therapy Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The control group（ n=41） received routine Western medicine treatment, and was supplemented by routine nursing measures. The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%（39/40）. The total effective rate of the control group was 87.80%, and the nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 75.61%（ 31/41）. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion dog days acupoint application therapy and comprehensive nursing in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has significantly clinical effect, and the nursing satisfaction is higher.
