3D生物打印材料在生物医学领域中的应用及研究进展 被引量:11

Research progress on the application of 3D bio-printing materials in the field of biomedicine

摘要 随着3D 打印技术不断发展,3D 打印材料也逐渐发展、更新。本文通过查阅中国知网、万方、PubMed 等数据库的文献重点综述了3D 生物打印材料在骨科、牙科、生殖医学、心血管疾病、整形美容等生物医学领域的应用和研究进展,并分析指出了3D 生物打印材料的优势与不足。在生物医学领域中,不断有新的3D 生物打印技术、新的3D 生物打印材料在临床上得到应用。但是现有打印材料仍然存在着明显的不足,如打印精度不够、生物降解性能不佳等问题。 With the continuous development of 3D printing technology, 3D printing materials have been gradually developed and updated. In this paper, the application of 3D bio-printing materials in the fields of orthopedics, dentistry, reproductive medicine, cardiovascular disease, plastic surgery and cosmetology are reviewed by referring to the literatures of CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed and other databases, and the advantages and disadvantages of 3D bio-printing materials are pointed out. 3D bio-printing has been applied in the field of biomedicine with new technologies and materials. However, the existing printing materials still have obvious shortcomings, such as the printing accuracy is not enough, poor biodegradability and other problems.
