摘要
目的研究PDCA循环模式运用于药剂科药品管理中的价值。方法选择2018年1月～2018年6月采取PDCA循环模式的350份病历资料作为研究组,2017年7月～2017年12月采取常规管理模式的320份病历资料作为对照组,对比两组管理效果。结果研究组药品使用的准确率99.01%、有效率99.16%均高于对照组93.02%、92.45%,但研究组不合格率4.57%、复核差错6.04%均低于对照组13.00%、15.01%(P <0.05)。研究组超适应证用药、重复用药、用药剂量不合理及用药次数不合理发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环模式运用于药剂科药品管理中效果明显,可有效提高药品使用率及有效性,减少不合理用药现象,保障用药安全。
Objective To study the value of PDCA(plan,do,check,action) cycle mode in the drug administration of pharmaceutical preparation section.Methods 350 medical records underwent PDCA cycle(2018.1-2018.6) were selected as study group;320 medical records underwent conventional management(2017.7 ~ 2017.12) were selected as control group.The management effect was compared.Results The drug utilization accuracy and efficiency in the study group(99.01%,99.16%) was higher than control group(93.02%,92.45%),but the drug utilization disqualified rate and check error rate in the study group(4.57%,6.04%) was lower than control group(13.00%,15.01%)(P <0.05);the incidence rate of drug abuse,repeated medications,and unreasonable drug dosage and medication frequency in the study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle mode has an obvious effect in the drug administration of pharmaceutical preparation section,can efficiently improve the drug utilization accuracy and efficiency,avoid the unreasonable prescriptions and ensure the patient’s drug safety.
