摘要
针对采煤机护帮板收放过程和煤矿井下实际情况,在综合研究井下综采面"三机联动"工作过程的基础上提出了一种液压支架护帮板收放监控系统,该自动监控系统极大地提升了采煤机工作的自动化程度,提升了护帮板收放过程的安全性和可靠性,具有重大的应用推广价值。
Based on the comprehensive study of the working process of "three-machine linkage" in fully mechanized coal mining face,a monitoring system of hydraulic support board receiving and discharging is put forward in view of the process of coal mining machine protection board collection and discharge and the actual situation of coal mine underground. The automatic monitoring system greatly improves the automation of shearer work,and improves the safety and reliability of the collection and release process of the shearer,which is of great value for application and popularization.
