摘要
为研究钢桥面防水粘结层的使用性能,选用MMA作为防水粘结材料并对其性能进行试验,通过拉拔试验和剪切试验对防水粘结层的拉拔强度和抗剪强度进行验证,研究底漆、防水粘结层厚度、施工温度以及环境湿度对防水粘结层粘结效应的影响。结果表明:MMA具有较好的耐酸碱性和低温柔性。在钢桥面上铺设底漆可提高防水粘结材料的拉拔强度,MMA防水粘结层厚度以2.5mm为宜,施工温度和环境湿度对其抗剪强度有显著影响,施工时应确保施工温度控制在40℃以下,现场环境的相对湿度不超过60%。
In order to study the performance of waterproof binding course of steel deck pavement,in this paper,the properties of MMA used for waterproof binding course have been tested.The tensile and shear strength have been conducted by the means of tensile test and shear test respectively,studying the effects of primer,the thickness of waterproof binding course,construction temperature and ambient humidity on the bonding effect of the waterproof binding course.The results have shown that the MMA has a good performance of acid and alkaline resistance,as well as the flexibility at lower temperature.The tensile strength of waterproof binding course could be improved by the way of spraying the primer on the steel deck surface.The suitable thickness of waterproof binding course of the MMA is 2.5mm.The construction temperature and ambient humidity have a significant impact on the shear strength.It shall be controlled that the temperature is fewer than 40,while the ambient humidity is not more than 60%during the construction.
