摘要
聚合物型材料在医学牙科领域有着广泛的应用,选择钡玻璃粉材料制备出牙科修复材料。实验中,树脂渗透材料水甘油酯/酯混合比为6∶4时,制备的材料性能出色,其弯曲强度为146.9 MPa;水甘油酯/酯材料混合比为6∶4时,材料能获得良好的渗透效果。增加过氧化二苯甲酰引发剂可以提高制备时的混合效果,树脂体系固化温度为100℃,固化时间为12 h时的固化效果最佳。考虑成本因素,采用了钡玻璃粉材料替代原有的长石陶瓷粉材料,制备出一种新的聚合物修复材料。新的聚合物渗透陶瓷在抗弯曲强度上有明显提升,弹性模量有一定下降,与自然牙齿接近,满足医用要求。
Polymer materials have a wide range of applications in the field of medical dentistry,and the barium glass powder materials are chosen to prepare dental restoration materials.In the experiment,when the ratio of glycerol ester to ester of resin permeable material is 6:4,the prepared material exhibits excellent performance with a bending strength of 146.9 MPa;When the mixture ratio of water glyceride/ester materials is 6:4,the material can achieve good penetration effect.Adding benzoyl peroxide initiator can improve the mixing effect during preparation.The best curing effect is achieved when the curing temperature of the resin system is 100 ℃ and the curing time is 12 h.Considering the cost factors,a new polymer repair material is prepared by replacing the original feldspar ceramic powder material with barium glass powder material.The new polymer infiltrated ceram-ic significantly improves its bending strength and decreases its elastic modulus,which is close to the natural teeth and meets the medical requirements.
