摘要
为探讨IDA引起小鼠结肠损伤的情况,建立了IDA小鼠模型,于实验结束时收集血清、结肠组织及粪便,对结肠组织进行病理学分析,对血清及结肠进行氧化损伤检测,对粪便菌群进行Illumina Miseq高通量测序。与Control组相比,IDA组小鼠发生了结肠粘膜上皮细胞缺损等病变情况;且IDA小鼠血清及结肠组织的总抗氧化能力(TAC)显著降低、丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高4倍(P<0.05);IDA组小鼠同时伴随肠道微生物多样性较低、菌群结构组成改变的现象。说明缺铁性贫血可诱导小鼠结肠上皮结构缺损、结肠氧化损伤及肠道菌群组成改变的病变。
To investigate the situation of IDA-induced colonic injury in mice, IDA mouse model was established in this paper. Serum, colon tissue and feces were collected at the end of the experiment, and pathological analysis of colon tissue, oxidative damage detection of serum and colon, and Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing of fecal flora were performed. Compared with the control group, IDA group mice had pathological changes such as colonic mucosal epithelial defect. TAC of the serum and colon tissues of IDA group mice decreased significantly, and the MDA content increased significantly 4 times (P<0.05), accompanied by lower intestinal microbial diversity and a change in the composition of the flora. Iron deficiency anemia can induce colonic epithelial structure defects, colonic oxidative damage, and changes in intestinal flora composition.
