摘要
目的:探讨鱿鱼墨黑色素铁对缺铁性贫血(IDA)模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用低铁饲料并辅以尾静脉定期放血法建立IDA模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的鱿鱼墨黑色素铁,分别检测IDA大鼠外周血血红蛋白(Hb)含量、红细胞(RBC)数、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)和血清铁(SI)含量及红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)浓度。结果:鱿鱼墨黑色素铁能够显著提高IDA大鼠Hb、RBC、HCT、MCV和SI数量,有效降低FEP浓度,显著促进IDA大鼠贫血症状的恢复。与无机铁剂相比,生物利用度高且不影响大鼠正常生长。结论:鱿鱼墨黑色素对IDA大鼠贫血症状具有显著的治疗作用。
Aim:To investigate the therapeutic effects of squidink melanin-Fe on the iron deficiency anemia (IDA) model rats. Methods: The IDA model rats were established by feeding with iron-depnved food and the bleeding via tail vein. Several doses of squid ink melanin-Fe were given to the model rats via gastric administration. The blood cell automatic analyzer, serum iron reagent kit and the technique of fluorimetry experimental hematology were used to count hemoglobin(Fib), red blood cells(RBC), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), serum iron (SI), and free erythroeyte proloporphyrin (FEP). Results: It was evident that squid ink melanin-Fe significantly enhanced the counts of Hb, RBC, HCT, MCV and SI, as well as reduced the concentration of FEP in RBC. It appeared to promote the restoration of IDA. Conclusion: Squid ink melanin-Fe has significant effects on stimulating erythropoiesis in IDA model rats.
