摘要
针对高河煤矿水文类型和高河矿矿井水处理改造项目要求,在分析比较国内外矿井水处理就地复用的基础上,采用"矿井水涡旋混凝低脉动处理技术"及"高密度迷宫斜板处理矿井水技术",确定了井下处理的工艺流程,并进行运行实践,出水各项指标均优于《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》(GB20426-2006)和《矿井井下消防、洒水设计规范》(MT/T5023-2003)的排放标准,该技术可以为类似条件下矿井水的治理提供参考。
In view of the hydrological type and requirements of transformation project on mine waste water treatment in Gaohe Coal Mine,based on the comparison of on-site reuse of mine water treatment at home and abroad,Mine Water Vortex Coagulation Low Pulsation Treatment Technology and High Density Labyrinth Sloping Plate Treatment Technology were adopted to determine the the process of underground treatment.The results show that all the effluent indicators are superior to the Coal Industry Pollutant Emission Standard(GB20426-2006)and the Design Code for Fire Distinguishing and Water Spray in Mines(MT/T5023-2003).This technology can provide reference for the treatment and application of mine waste water under similar conditions.
