摘要
本文以庞庞塔煤矿为研究对象,对煤矿矿井水进行了超磁分离井下处理工艺的改造实践研究。分析了超磁分离井下处理技术的原理和关键技术,对实践应用工艺及流程进行了阐述。实践效果表明:该处理工艺能在25s内完成絮凝的分离,水中悬浮物的去除率平均为97.5%,为企业创造了很好的经济效益。
In this paper, Pangpangta Coal Mine is taken as the research object, and the underground treatment process of super-magnetic separation of coal mine water is studied and reformed. The principle and underground treatment technology of super-magnetic separation are analyzed, and the practical application process is described. Practical results show that the flocculation can be separated within 25 seconds, and the average removal rate of suspended matter in water is 97.5%, which brings good economic benefits for enterprises.
