摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能与生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月本院收治的443例COPD稳定期患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为实验组(225例)和对照组(218例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组采用综合护理干预,观察两组干预前后肺功能变化与生活质量。结果干预前两组肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、最大呼气峰流量(PEF)指标值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,以上各指标均提高,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组评分均降低,实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COPD稳定期患者采用综合护理干预,可有效改善肺功能与生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lung function and quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 443 patients with stable COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group(n=225)and the control group(n=218)according to the order of admission.The control group was used regular nursing intervention,while the experimental group was adopted comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of lung function and quality of life before and after intervention were observed.Results There were no significant differences in the values of vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the above indicators increased and the increase was higher in the experimental group than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the quality of life scores were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores in both groups were lower,and even lower in the experimental group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with stable COPD,application of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve lung function and quality of life,which is worthy of extend.
