摘要
农业合作社作为新型农业经营主体,可有效克服个体农民农业生产的分散化和非组织化的弊端,使农民真正成为市场主体,从而有效推动农业供给侧改革的深入发展。以沧州黄骅市友和种植专业合作社为例,结合农业供给侧结构性改革背景,对培育和发展农业合作社的积极作用进行了深入分析,并对农业合作社的不断完善和发展提出了有效建议。
As a new type of agricultural businesses,agricultural cooperatives can effectively overcome the decentralization and non-organization of farmers’agricultural production and make them become the main body of the market to promote the further development of agricultural supply side reform effectively.Taking Huanghua Youhe Planting Cooperative as an example,combining with the background of the agricultural supply side reform,the positive roles of cultivating and developing agricultural cooperatives were deeply analyzed and the suggestions were put forward.
