摘要
返乡下乡人员回乡创业是促进农业农村经济发展的新动能,是政府做好以创业带动就业的重要举措。然而,个体农民返乡创业普遍规模偏小,无法形成规模效应,且创业失败风险较高,为促进农村创业向规模化、合作化、专业化、集群化方向发展,可充分利用"村企共建"发展模式,以改善个体农民工返乡分散创业问题,并切实解决农村经济发展问题,创建美丽乡村。
Returning to the countryside to start a business is a new driving force to promote the development of agricultural and rural economy. It is also an important measure taken by the government to promote employment through entrepreneurship. However, the average size of individual farmers returning to their hometowns is too small to form a scale effect, and the risk of entrepreneurial failure is high. In order to promote the development of rural entrepreneurship towards the direction of scale, cooperation, specialization and clustering, the development model of village enterprise co-construction can be fully utilized. It can improve the problem of individual migrant workers returning to their hometowns to decentralize their entrepreneurship, and effectively solve the problems of rural economic development and create beautiful villages.
