摘要
目的探讨加味六君子汤配合电针腧穴治疗胃癌前病变的疗效与护理。方法选择2016年10月至2018年3月在南沙区第六人民医院就诊的胃癌前病变患者80例,随机等分为对照组和观察组。观察组服用加味六君子汤,每次200 ml,每天2次,每天1剂,配合电针腧穴"胃病方"治疗,每天1次;对照组给予口服维霉素片,每次1 g,每天3次。两组均治疗13 d间隔休息2 d,为1个疗程,共4个疗程。比较两组患者疗效及临床病症(胃痛、胃胀、大便干燥、口干)改善情况。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组胃痛、胃胀、大便干燥、口干评分均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论加味六君子汤配合电针腧穴治疗胃癌前病变疗效较好,同时对患者采取相应护理干预可利于提高疗效。
Objective To explore the efficacy of six herbs combination decoction combined with electric acupuncture for the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions and its nursing.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with gastric precancerous lesions who were admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Nansha District from October 2016 to March 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The observation group was given six herbs combination decoction for 1 dose per day at 2 times,for each time of 200 ml.In addition,these patients also received electric acupuncture once a day for the treatment.The control group was given oral vitaminmycin tablets at 1g per day for 3 times.Both groups were treated for 4 courses,with 13 days of treatment and 2 days of test for each course.The treatment efficacy and clinical symptoms(gastric pain,gastrectasia,dry stool and thirst)of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric pain,gastrectasia,dry stool and thirst scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying six herbs combination decoction combined with electric acupuncture at acupoints for the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions is effective.At the same time,if we can take appropriate nursing intervention for patients,we can improve the curative effect.
