摘要
目的探讨红花注射液联合低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征的疗效。方法对120例肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各60例,全部病人常规激素治疗,每组均配合常规治疗,予以强的松1 mg/kg·d,晨起8:00时顿服。治疗组在此基础上,予以红花注射液20 mL加入5%GS液250 mL静滴,同时每日2次皮下注射低分子肝素钙5000 U;对照组仅每日2次皮下注射低分子肝素钙5000 U,均4周为1个疗程。结果 2组治疗前后生化指标比较:治疗后2组24 h尿蛋白明显减少,总胆固醇、尿素氮、肌酐均明显降低,血清白蛋白均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后临床疗效比较:治疗组总有效率93.7%,优于对照组的81.7%,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液联合低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征有显著疗效,有推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of safflower injection combined with low molecular weight heparin on nephrotic syndrome. Methods 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. All patients were given routine hormone therapy, prednisone 1 mg/kg.d, and immediately taken at 8:00 am. On this basis, the treatment group was given safflower injection 20 ml and 5% glucose injection 250 ml intravenous drip for 4 weeks, and low molecular weight liver was given at the same time, calcium element 5000 U, twice a day, subcutaneous injection. 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The control group did not use safflower injection, only low molecular weight heparin calcium 5000 U, twice a day,subcutaneous injection. 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Each group received routine treatment. Results The biochemical indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. 24-hour urinary protein of the two groups was significantly reduced, total cholesterol, urea nitrogen, creatinine were significantly reduced, serum albumin was increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.7%, which was better than that of control group(81.7%). The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower injection combined with low molecular weight heparin has remarkable curative effect on nephrotic syndrome patients, and has the value of popularization and application.
