摘要
文章指出我国现阶段总体规划实施评估工作中存在的主要问题。重点介绍广州总体规划实施评估的"市区联动"和"年度滚动"机制,并以广州市天河区城市总体规划实施评估为例,详细阐述广州总规评估工作内容、方法、主要技术要点和实施效果,并提出完善广州总体规划评估工作的建议。
This paper introduces the general situation of master planning evaluation in China,and indicates problems encountered in practice.Emphasis on the tight linkage with districts and municipality and the annual rolling system of operating approaches of master planning evaluation in Guangzhou.by referring to the application of master planning evaluation in Tianhe district of Guangzhou,this paper describes the details of the planning content,operating approaches and technical issues of this work.Finally,this paper gives some suggestions to improve the future development of master planning evaluation in Guangzhou.
