对铁路工程目标成本的确定与分解进行了总结;对目标成本管理在铁路工程项目管理中的应用措施进行了分析,主要从合同管理、人工管理、材料管理、机械使用管理等角度着手,有目标地进行成本管理,从而从而有效的降低铁路工程项目的成本,提高施工效益,可在类似项目中进一步推广和应用。
The paper summarizes the determination and decomposition of the target cost of railway engineering.
