摘要
针对“国家全域旅游示范区”这一旅游发展新模式,如何把大区域范围的旅游资源有效串联、整合,已成为政府部门工作重点。旅游轨道作为一种交通方式和旅游产品,以其易达性、安全性、环保性、系统性、舒适性、丰富性和延展性等备受关注。鉴于此,首先,对国内外旅游轨道成功案例进行了调研分析,可为全域旅游示范区旅.游轨道发展探索提供实例借鉴和参考;其次,通过功能层次及发展模式经验、旅游车辆制式的适用经验总结,进一步建立了旅游轨道接驳线、连接线、漫游线三层次的发展模式,以及单轨、齿轨、小火车等车辆制式的适用条件;最后,将成功经验应用于丽水全域旅游示范区,获得了全域范围的旅游轨道建设机会,且对中闲观光轨道等工程项目初步核验可行,可为国家全域旅游示范区藏游轨道发展提供参考。
National comprehensive tourism demonstration area is a new mode of tourism development, how to connect and integrate regional tourism resources, has been a work focus of the government. As a mode of transportation and tourism products, tourism rail transit has attracted much attention for its accessibility, safety, environmental protection, systematicness, comfort, richness and extensibility. Given those situations, firstly, the paper surveyed many successful cases of domestic and foreign tourism tracks, which could provide examples and references for the exploration of tourism track development in the national comprehensive tourism demonstration area. Secondly, by summarizing the experiences of function level and development mode as well as the tourism vehicle selection, the three-level development mode of tourist track shuttling line, connecting line and roaming line, along with the applicable conditions of vehicle systems such as monorail, gear track and small train were established. Finally, the successful experiences were applied to the Lishui Comprehensive Tourism Demonstration Area, and the opportunity for the construction of tourism track in the whole region was obtained. Moreover, the preliminary verification of such projects as medium-leisure tourism track was feasible, which could provide a reference for the tourism track development in the national comprehensive tourism demonstration area.
