摘要
基于MMC直流侧电容之间电压不平衡问题,对MMC调制技术和均压控制方法展开研究。在分析了传统调制策略基本原理与电容电压平衡方法基础上,发现现有方法存在执行时间长、复杂程度较高等问题。基于PD-PWM技术提出简化的控制均压策略,该策略优点为简化了MMC子模块数量的计算操作,触发信号可直接提供给子模块,使MMC的均压控制更加快速有效。在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建TMMC 9电平模型,仿真结果验证了该策略的有效性,较好地实现了输出电压控制和电容电压均衡。
Based on the voltage imbalance between DC side capacitors of modular multilevel converter (MMC), the MMC modulation technique and voltage equalization method are studied. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of traditional modulation strategy and the method of capacitor voltage balance, it is found that the existing methods have problems such as long execution time and high complexity. Based on PD-PWM technology, a simplified control voltage equalization strategy is proposed. The advantage of this strategy is to simplify the calculation of the number of MMC sub-modules. The trigger signal can be directly provided to the sub-module, which makes the MMC equalization control more rapid and effective. The MMC 9 level model is built in Matlab/Simulink environment. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy, better output voltage control and capacitor voltage balance.
