摘要
研究生作为科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的重要结合点,研究生教育结构的优化有助于提高研究生教育质量与社会经济发展需求之间的契合度。研究生培养是一项系统工程,涉及的主体复杂多样。将协同理论运用到研究生发展这一具体领域,通过发挥各主体联合优势,建立组织之间的多种协同形式,进行高水平、深层次的合作与交流,有助于丰富研究生培养体系建设。通过对研究生整体培养体系中目标达成、培养主体、运行机制、内外部环境进行了分析,构建了研究生协同培养框架,结合西安科技大学安全科学与工程学科的发展及研究生培养模式,验证了协同育人机制的适用性。结果表明,依托特色运作的协同培养创新模式,是"双一流"建设背景下提高研究生培养质量的途径之一。
Postgraduate are an important combination point of the first productivity of science and technology,the first resource of talents,and the first impetus for innovation. The optimization of postgraduate education structure helps to improve the conformity between the quality of postgraduate education and the needs of social and economic development. Postgraduate training is a systematic project,involving complex and diverse subjects.It applies synergy theory to the development of postgraduate.By exerting the joint advantages of each subject,a variety of synergistic forms among organizations can be established to carry out high-level and deep-level Cooperation and exchanges,which is helpful to enrich the construction of postgraduate training system.This paper built a collaborative training framework for postgraduate by analyzing the goal achievement,training subject,operation mechanism and internal and external environment in the overall training system for postgraduate, and verified the applicability of the collaborative education mechanism by combining the discipline development and postgraduate training model of safety science and engineering disciplines of Xi’an University of Science and Technology. The results show that the collaborative training innovative model relying on the characteristic operation is one of the ways to improve the quality of postgraduate training under the background of “double first-class” construction.
