摘要
目的详细阐述菲萍呼吸机气路工作原理以及2例压力故障的维修排查方法,为医工同行们了解菲萍呼吸机和维修类似故障提供参考。方法遵循先简后难,有外而内的方法,分析可能原因,给出排查及维修方法。结果全面了解菲萍呼吸机气路工作原理和气路实物配件,修复呼吸机无法检测到空气氧气供应,无压力,不提供正常呼吸气流等故障。结论文章介绍的两例故障维修,做到配件级维修,相比板级维修,可以节省大量资金和缩短维修周期,意义深远。
Objective The working principle of the pneumatic circuit of Feiping ventilator and the maintenance and troubleshooting method of 2 cases of pressure failure were described in detail, so as to provide reference for medical workers to know about the ventilator of Feiping and to repair similar faults. Methods The method of simplicity before difficulty was followed,the possible reasons were analyzed, and the method of troubleshooting and maintenance was provided. Results The working principle and material parts of air circuit of Fabian ventilator were fully understood. The faults of air and oxygen supply could not be detected by the ventilator, no pressure, no nor-mal airflow were successfully solved. Conclusion The two cases of fault maintenance introduced in the present study are all achieved parts level maintenance, which can save a lot of funds and shorten the maintenance cycle compared to plate level maintenance.
