摘要
无创呼吸机又称持续气道正压通气,是目前临床应用率较高的通气装置,在临床急救以及睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)等相关疾病治疗中具有重要作用。此类疾病会诱发副交感神经张力降低、交感神经张力增高、血氧饱和度降低,进而导致胸内负压增高、血液二氧化碳含量增多、pH值降低,对患者的各类重要脏器功能均造成严重影响,并以心血管功能以及脑功能为首要受损对象。而无创呼吸机能够凭借着建立肺泡压力差的作用,保障患者的肺部通气情况,使血液中的二氧化碳能够更快地排出体外,进而起到急救或对疾病进行救治的效果。而一旦无创呼吸机在对患者的救治期间出现故障,会造成严重的后果。本文首先对无创呼吸机的常见故障进行分析,最后对造成故障发生的因素提出干预措施,为提高无创呼吸机的应用安全提供相应理论支持,进而保障患者的就诊安全。
Noninvasive ventilator,also known as continuous positive airway pressure ventilation,is a ventilation device with high clinical application rate.It plays an important role in clinical first aid and the treatment of sleep apnea syndrome(SAS)and other related diseases.Such diseases will induce the decrease of parasympathetic nerve tension,the increase of sympathetic nerve tension and the decrease of blood oxygen saturation,which will lead to the increase of intrathoracic negative pressure,the increase of blood carbon dioxide content and the decrease of pH value,which will have a serious impact on the functions of various important organs of patients,and the cardiovascular and brain functions are the primary damaged organs.The non-invasive ventilator can establish the alveolar pressure difference to ensure the ventilation of patients'lungs,so that the carbon dioxide in the blood can be discharged out of the body faster,and then play the effect of first aid or treatment of diseases.Once the non-invasive ventilator fails during the treatment of patients,it will cause serious consequences.This paper first analyzes the common faults of noninvasive ventilator,and finally puts forward intervention measures for the factors causing the faults,so as to provide corresponding theoretical support for improving the application safety of noninvasive ventilator,and then ensure the safety of patients.
