摘要
为了使整个院内门诊区域及公共区域自动体外除颤仪(Automated External Defibrillator,AED)的配置程序更加系统化,从而更好地发挥自动体外除颤仪在院内应急状况中的作用,本文通过层次分析法对三种型号AED的功能等参数进行模型化,根据现有情况对我院的AED制定了管理办法。通过对本院配置的4台AED进行管理,确保心脏骤停病人能在3 min内取得AED并使用,从而确保病人的安全。本研究提供了一个高效的、合理的配置院内公共自动体外除颤仪的项目流程,有效提高了医院的服务质量与医疗质量。
In order to make the whole hospital outpatient service area and public area automated external defibrillator(AED) more systematic configuration program and so as to better play the role of automatic external defibrillator in hospital emergency situation, the functions and other parameters of three types of AED were modeled by analytic hierarchy process according to the existing situation of our AED formulated the measures for the administration in this paper. Through the management of 4 AEDs allocated by our hospital, AED could be obtained and used within 3 minutes in patients with cardiac arrest, so as to ensure the safety of patients. This study provides an efficient and reasonable project flow for the allocation of public automatic external defibrillator in the hospital, and effectively improves the service quality and medical treatment quality of the hospital.
