摘要
按照《医疗器械分类目录》,对某院手术室年度医疗器械不良事件进行分类统计分析,并结合某院手术室不良事件实例,对手术室手术动力系统和医用内窥镜系统的风险控制进行对策的讨论和思考,以期降低设备风险,减少医疗器械临床使用安全事件的发生,从而保障患者的生命安全。
According to the catalog of medical device classification, the annual adverse events of medical devices in an operating room of a hospital were classified and analyzed. Combined with an example of adverse events in the operating room of a hospital,this paper discussed and considered the countermeasures for the risk control of the operating room dynamic system and medical endoscope system, so as to reduce the risk of equipment and reduce the occurrence of safety incidents in clinical use of medical devices, and ensure the safety of patients.
