摘要
针对目前胶体金技术检测的人工误判、检测速度慢、效率低等问题,设计了一种基于面阵CCD的超敏C反应蛋白全自动检测系统。系统采用STM32单片机作为核心处理器、CCD图像传感器用于图像采集、 OV7670作为图像处理器、控制器ILI9341用于图像显示。在图像处理中,将采集的RGB图像利用经典的几何推导法将RGB图像转换为HIS色彩,并利用K-均值算法对采集的图像数据进行了图像分割。另外,还设计了胶体金试剂条的自动进给装置结构,能够将多个试剂条同时放置,实现了多个胶体金试剂条自动连续检测。试验结果证明,该自动检测系统有效提高了工作效率,具有一定的使用价值。
Aiming atthe problems of artificial misjudgment,slow detection speed and low efficiency incurrent colloidal gold reagent strip detection,a fully automatic detection system for hypersensitive C-reactive protein based on area array CCD was designed.In the system,STM32 MCU is used as the core processor,CCD is used forimage sensor collection,OV 7670 is used as image processor,controller ILI 9341 is used as the image display part.For image processing,the collected RGB image is converted to HIS color by using classical geometric derivation method,and the K-means algorithm is used to segment the acquired image data.In addition,the structure of the automatic feeding device for the colloidal gold reagent strip is designed,multiple reagent strips can be placed at the same time to achieve the automatic continuous detection.The experimental results show that the automatic detection system improves the working efficiency,it has a certain applicable value.
