摘要
随着原矿性质的变化,为了提高生产指标,寻找到更适合大厂矿区锡石浮选的药剂,在实验室开展了浮锡捕收剂CS-6在车河选矿厂细粒级锡石浮选试验研究。研究表明,采用CS-6回收锡,在一次粗选、二次精选、三次扫选的试验流程下,得到锡精矿产率为3.65%,品位为18.43%,回收率为88.58%,较在同等条件下使用BY-9,精矿产率高0.31%,锡回收率高7.64%。
With the change of raw ore, in order to improve the production index and find more suitable agents for the flotation of cassiterite in the Dachang mining area, the collector for tin flotation CS-6 was carried out in the laboratory at the Chehe Concentrator. Studies have shown that with the use of CS-6 to recover tin, under experimental flow of one roughing, two cleaning, three scavenging, the tin concentrate is obtained, in which the yield is 3.65%,the grade of tin is 18.43%,and the recovery of tin is 88.58%, comparing with the using of BY-9 under the same condition, the yield of concentrate is 0.31% higher and the recovery of tin is 7.64% higher.
