摘要
汤丹氧化铜矿选矿原药剂制度不合理,导致铜精矿品位低,铜的回收率低,严重影响选矿厂的经济效益。为解决该问题,在对原矿性质和原药剂制度分析基础上,首先进行小型实验室试验,对药剂制度进行改进和优化,得到最佳药剂制度,然后将最佳药剂制度应用于工业生产。结果表明,铜精矿的品位在12%以上,铜回收率在83%左右,相比于改进前有很大提高,经济效益更好。
The unreasonable system of raw reagent in Tangdan copper oxide ore processing results in low grade of copper concentrate and low recovery of copper,which seriously affects the economic benefits of the concentrator.In order to solve this problem,based on the analysis of the nature of raw ore and the original reagent system,a small laboratory test was carried out to improve and optimize the reagent system,and the best reagent system was obtained.Then the best reagent system was applied to industrial production.The results show that the grade of copper concentrate is more than 12%,and the copper recovery rate is about 83%.Compared with before,the copper concentrate is greatly improved and the economic benefit is better.
