摘要 目的:探究动态增强磁共振扫描(DCE-MRI)联合扩散张量成像(DTI)检查对前列腺中央区良恶性结节的诊断效能的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2018年1月我院收治的行前列腺MRI扫描的90例前列腺中央区有结节样异常信号患者,均接受DCE-MRI、DTI检查。以术后病理结果为金标准,统计对比两者联合诊断准确度、特异度、敏感度。结果:90例前列腺中央区有结节样异常信号患者,确诊33例恶性,57例良性。联合诊断准确度、敏感度较DTI、DCE-MRI单项诊断高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合诊断特异度与DTI、DCE-MRI单项诊断比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:DCE-MRI联合DTI可提高前列腺中央区良恶性结节诊断准确度、敏感度,可为临床制定诊治措施提供依据。 Objective: To explore the effect of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance scanning (DCE-MRI) combined with diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) examination on the diagnostic efficiency of benign and malignant prostate nodules. Methods: From January2015 to January2018, 90 cases of prostate nodular abnormal signal in the central region of the prostate were treated with MRI scan in our hospital, all of whom were examined by DCE-MRI and DTI. Taking postoperative pathological results as golden result, the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of combined diagnosis were compared statistically. Results: Of the 90 patients with nodular abnormal signals in the central prostate,33 were malignant and 57 were benign. The accuracy and sensitivity of combined diagnosis were higher than those of DTI and DCE-MRI separately, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was insignificant difference in diagnostic specificity between combined detection and single diagnosis of DTI and DCE-MRI(P>0.05). Conclusion: DCE-MRI combined with DTI can improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of benign and malignant prostate nodules. It can provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
