摘要
建立顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)内标法快速测定香水中的乙醇含量。香水用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶解后,用强极性的DB-624毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器进行检测,内标法定量。香水中乙醇的质量浓度在40~80g/L范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,方法定量限为0.01g/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.1%(n=6),在5~20g/L添加水平范围内,样品的平均加标回收率为99.4%~101.1%。该方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠,适用于香水中乙醇含量的测定。
A method for the determination of ethanol content in perfume by headspace gas chromatography(HS- GC) internal standard method was established.The perfume was dissolved by N,N-dimethylformamide,then seprtated by strong polarity DB-624 capillary chromatography column,detected by FID detector and calculated by internal standard method.The concentration of ethanol in perfume had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 40-80 g/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6,and the detection limit was 0.01 g/L.The relative standard deviation of determination results was 3.1%(n=6).Within the range of 5-20 g/L addition level,the average recovery of samples were 99.4%-101.1%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of ethanol in perfume.
