摘要 提出了以甲基橙褪色光度法测定乙醇的新方法。在pH 3.2乙酸 乙酸铵缓冲介质中 ,乙醇定量使甲基橙褪色。最大吸收波长λmax=5 2 0nm。乙醇浓度在 0 %~ 30 %范围内服从比耳定律。方法用于酒中乙醇浓度的测定 。 It was found that in an acetate buffer medium of pH 3.2, ethanol reacts with methyl orange (MO) leading to the color-fading of the latter reagent. Based on this reaction, the ethanol content in wine was determined photometric ally at 520nm, the absorption maxima of MO. In the ethanol content range of 0%~30%, there was a linear relationship between the decrease in absorbance of MO and the concentration of ethanol. The proposed method has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of wines.
