摘要
全日制工程硕士职业能力标准是高等工程教育进行人才培养的重要依据。从我国对高层次应用复合型工程人才需求的现实出发,基于职业知识与技能、职业潜能、情境性综合能力、职业素养4个维度的全日制工程硕士职业能力,对培养环境、培养过程、学习投入、职业能力之间的因果关系进行实证研究,探索全日制工程硕士培养的作用机制。
Full-time Engineering Master's professional competence standard is an important basis for higher engineering education personnel training.Based on the reality of the demand for high-level composite engineering talents in our country,according to the four dimensions of vocational knowledge and skills,occupational potential,comprehensive situation ability and professional accomplishment of full-time master's engineering ability,this paper conducts the empirical study of the cause-effent relationship among the investment in study,profession ability,cultivation environment and process to explore the role of full-time master of engineering training mechanism.
