摘要
介绍了一种新的基于长期边际成本的输电定价算法。首先指出了输电定价算法的种类以及不同的输电定价的优缺点,然后在以李芙蓉教授提出的长期边际成本算法为基础,结合电网实际运营和投资成本,得出了一种新的基于长期边际成本的输电定价方法。通过算例数据分析得出了该方法相比传统的综合成本法和边际成本法的优势,在满足电网可靠性和提供经济信号的情况下,尽可能地使电网收支平衡。
This paper introduces a new method of transmission pricing based on long-run marginal cost(LRMC). In the paper,first of all,we point out the types of transmission pricing algorithm,and the advantages and disadvantages of different transmission pricing methods. Second,based on the long- run marginal cost algorithm proposed by Professor Li Furong,together with the actual operation and investment cost of power grids,we have obtained a new method of transmission pricing. The advantage of the method, compared to the traditional comprehensive cost method and marginal cost method is demonstrated through the example data analysis. The study suggests that the method helps to keep balance of payments as much as possible while meets requirements for reliability of the power grid and providing economic signals.
