摘要
浙蒲9号是以自交系I180-10-5-2-1-2-1-1为母本,以自交系NXZ6-2-4-3-2-1为父本,应用传统育种方法结合生理生化指标和分子标记辅助选择技术育成的瓠瓜一代杂种。植株生长势较旺,早中熟,侧蔓结瓜为主,耐热性较强。瓜皮油绿色带绿色条纹,瓜条中短棒形,商品瓜长约25 cm,横径6～7 cm,单瓜质量约0.6 kg。品质佳,鲜味浓,游离谷氨酸含量达197.7μg·g^(-1)。易坐果、丰产性好,耐贮性好。抗枯萎病,中抗蔓枯病,夏秋季栽培每667 m^2产量达3 000 kg以上。适宜在浙江省及周边省份夏秋季、春季设施栽培和高山地区栽培。
‘Zhepu No.9’is a new bottle gourd F1 hybrid,bred by traditional breeding method combining physiological and biochemical indices and molecular marker-assisted selection technique,i.e.crossing inbred lines‘I180-10-5-2-1-2-1-1’as female parent and inbred line‘NXZ6-2-4-3-2-1’as male parent.It grows vigorously and is of mid-early maturity.The fruit dominantly grows on the lateral vine.It is tolerant to high temperature.Its peel is green in color with light green stripes.The fruit is of mid-short stick shape,and about 25 cm in length,6-7 cm in width.Its single fruit weight is about 0.6 kg.It has good quality and strong umami taste.Its amino acid content is 197.7μg·g-1.This variety can bear fruit easily with high yielding ability.It is also tolerant to storage.It is resistant to Fusarium wilt,medium resistant to gummy stem blight.It can yield over 45 t·hm-2 in summer and autumn.It is suitable for cultivation in Zhejiang Province and surrounding provinces in summer and autumn,and in protected fields in spring,and in high mountain regions.
