摘要
目的 分析以人文关怀为导向的护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我效能、生活质量和治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2015年9月~2017年2月期间本院收治的126例COPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用以人文关怀为导向的护理干预。对比两组患者护理干预8周后自我效能、生活质量和治疗依从性。结果 干预前两组自我效能评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组的自我效能评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总依从率为96.83%,显著高于对照组的84.13%(P<0.05)。结论 与常规护理干预相比,以人文关怀为导向的护理干预能提高COPD患者自我决策意识,端正正性态度,提高自我减压能力和生活质量,且有利于提高其治疗依从性。
Objectives To explore effect of humanistic care- oriented nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods One hundred and twenty- six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were recruited in our hospital from September2015 to February2017. Patients were divided into two groups: intervention group and control group,ther were 63 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given traditional nursing treatment. Patients in intervention group were given humanistic care- oriented nursing intervention. Self- efficiency, living quality and treatment compliance were assessed after eight weeks′ intervention. Results Scores of SUPPH in intervention group was higher than that in both of baseline and control group ( P <0. 05). Scores of living quality in intervention group was higher than that in control group ( P <0. 05). Rate of treatment compliance in intervention group (96. 83%) was higher than that in control group (84.13%)( P <0. 05). Conclusions Compared with traditional nursing intervention, humanistic care- oriented nursing intervention can improve self- decompression ability, promote living quality and treatment compliance.
