摘要
随着我国经济发展进入转型期,对高等教育人才培养模式提出新要求。相当一部分高校将适应新形势,努力探索培养技术技能型人才。如何立足现有教学计划,深刻挖掘教师潜力,丰富内涵,提高人才培养质量,具有巨大的现实意义。
Along with entering transition period of economy development in China,there are new requirements for training mode of higher education.A lot of universities are making great efforts to explore to train technology and skill people for adapting new situation.It is of great actual importance that based on existed teaching project,how deeply to tap teacher's potential,enrich connotation,heighten training quality.
